Over the last 3 decades, *Philip Moyer* and *Rajen Sheth* have helped shape some of the world's biggest technology transformations. Today, as the CEOs of McGraw Hill and Kyron Learning, they're focused on a different challenge: ensuring AI strengthens teaching and learning.

Now they're asking a different question: **What must AI get right if it is going to improve learning?**

In this conversation, Philip and Rajen will explore why education cannot simply borrow AI built for other industries, what previous technology revolutions taught them about adoption and trust, and why AI in education must be intentionally designed around how people learn.

They’ll also explore what this approach looks like in practice through McGraw Hill’s Learning Coach, which is designed to help students think through difficult concepts and access additional support when instructors cannot be there in the moment.

*Raina Rutti*, an educator from Wichita State University, will also join the conversation to share how she is using Learning Coach with her students and the impact she is seeing on their learning experience.
